Request Could not be Submitted and Parallel Activities

When you create a service request that uses parallel activities you may get the error message “Your request could not be submitted” when submitting the request from the Service Manager. clip_image001 I noticed that this only happens when I create the activities outside the parallel activity and dragged them into it during the template creation. clip_image002 To get rid of the error I deleted the activities from the parallel activity then opened the parallel activity. clip_image003 Once you are inside of the parallel activity you will want to click on the Activities tab and add the Activities there. clip_image004 Once you have added the activities to the template save it and resubmit the request and it will now complete successfully. clip_image005
