Concurrency, Inc. is one of only three national winners of the second-annual RCP Rocket Award from Redmond Channel Partner magazine, which honors significant business achievements among IT services firms.
Concurrency was awarded for innovative business strategies that have resulted in sustained revenue growth over a three-year period.
Scott Bekker, Editor in Chief of Redmond Channel Partner and one of the award judges, said, “We found Concurrency’s application particularly compelling because of its growth numbers over the last three years, its strategic decision to focus on Microsoft technologies and its innovative, growth-oriented HR practices.”
For Concurrency, a critical decision was to strategically narrow its focus to the Microsoft platform. “We went ‘all in’ on Microsoft; that focus has opened doors to deep partnerships with the Microsoft product teams and allowed us to implement strategic initiatives to serve our customers best,” said James Savage, president and founder of Concurrency.
Savage continued, “Over the past three years, our approach has paid dividends in rapid growth of revenues, clients, and employees—as well as leadership on never-before-done projects such as very large-scale IT service management work. We are honored to be recognized by Redmond Channel Partner, especially given the judges’ deep familiarity with our industry and capable peers.”
Concurrency and the two other 2014 RCP Rocket Award winners will be profiled in the October 2014 issue of Redmond Channel Partner.
