Hands-on experience for talented pre-professionals

— Concurrency, Inc. has hired three entry-level employees as a part of its new career development program, Concurrency University. The program provides valuable hands-on experience and specific skill development to motivated pre-professionals interested in becoming top-flight Concurrency IT consultants.
Each member of the program will shadow in the company’s Sales, Program Management, and Delivery departments, gaining insights on the functions and procedures of each. Members will also work closely with Solutions Leads and various other teams to assist on internal initiatives and external client projects. To help program participants achieve their goals, the company has developed a set of checkpoints meant to ensure the curriculum’s success in establishing the skills necessary to be successful.

Members will participate in educational sessions on business, consulting, customer relations and satisfaction, branding, and sales. The majority of their mentorship and work experiences will occur with Concurrency personnel most aligned with their career goals and interests.
