Microsoft Dynamics Unified Interface

The forum boards were buzzing this past week as Microsoft has released the initial dates which they expect a customer to move to the new Unified Interface.  Many seem to have been working towards the October 2020 deprecation date and were surprised when they took a look at their upgrade dates for their environments and realized that it listed a date of February or March 2020.  Just because October 2020 is the final deprecation date from Microsoft does not mean that date directly aligns with when your environment will be upgraded.  In many cases it will be upgraded on a date much sooner than October. (insert "eeek!" for some of you that may have heavily customized environments)

A few quick things to note:
- If you have yet to confirm your date and you go past the suggested date a new date will be suggested for you.
- If you happen to have confirmed a date and need to change it you may do so up to 48 hours prior to the confirmed scheduled date.  If you need to change a date within those 48 hours you will need to raise a support case.
- If you desire to move your date - you may do so twice at a maximum of 30 days each time.   (no better time to start on your UI upgrade than now)
