REQUIREMENTS:
  • Solid communication and requirement gathering skills
  • Strong client facing and Business Analysis skills
  • Ability to understand client business needs to build strategic partnerships to document and  implement software solutions
  • Documenting and conveying business rules, processes, and needs to developers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to conduct presentations in-person and via web-based meetings
  • Must have experience juggling multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Previous experience as a technical consultant
  • Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS DESIRED:

  • CRM 2011 / CRM 4.0 experience/expertise
  • Other CRM: Salesforce.com, Siebel, Sugar
  • BA training/certification: IIBA, etc.
  • Data management tools: esp. Scribe
  • Business Intelligence: esp. SSRS/SSIS/SQL Server

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems preferred or the equivalent in experience
  • Previous Consulting Experience Preferred (2 – 6 years)
  • Joy of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving skills: both at the frontline and incident to problem management
  • Relevant MS certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in consulting environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills (esp. technical writing)
