Globally Unifying Local Company

For 125 years, a Wisconsin-based rendering company has met the needs of their customers reliably and professionally, providing essential and environmentally responsible solutions.  And they have relied on their technology provider for tools and support to keep their business running efficiently.

Faced with infrastructure management and communication challenges, this enterprise company turned to Concurrency to help them increase collaboration, email access and mobility for their 1200 employees and reduce IT costs.

With deep roots in infrastructure solutions and a vast experience of Microsoft Office SharePoint Services, the experts at Concurrency worked with the rendering business to objectively compare a blended solution of Google Apps and Cisco WebEx versus a single-platform solution with Microsoft Online Services.

By migrating to Microsoft Online Services, it was determined that the company would realize better benefits including pricing, total package offering plus BlackBerry Enterprise Server and the added value of linking to their existing Enterprise Agreement.

Concurrency implemented a hosted SharePoint collaboration, Live Meeting presentation capabilities for global teams, and online hosted email services.  The online services platform was integrated with the company’s Active Directory to provide a single identify management platform.
